I’m a huge believer in vegetarianism. Growing up in a household where we never cooked meat, it’s something I’ve been used to my entire life. I believe that anyone can be well fed and watered without having to sacrifice the life of another creature on this planet. So on this blog, you’ll find (mostly) easy vegetarian recipes that I create and experiment with.
I like to make food using the freshest ingredients possible, because that’s the kind of food that makes me feel good. When it comes to ingredients, I don’t tend to lean towards using 2 sticks of butter in everything or making salads with absolutely no dressing. My collection of recipes strikes a balance between indulgence and eating well. There will be days when I will want muffins for breakfast, and nights when I’ll want a great salad with all the vegetables I can find.
